NEW SIGNAGE FOR SAPPER JORDAN ROSSI PARK

Tribute to local soldier

Sapper Rossi, from 38 Engineer Regiment, was taking part in an operation to clear improvised explosive devices when he was caught in the blast in May 2009.

Many tributes were made to the Baildon solider from family and friends, including the Council naming the new business park on Otley road ‘Sapper Jordan Rossi Park’. To commemorate the 10 years since his passing a new sign has been installed by LW Graphics so it’s clearly visible from the road. In a smart grey in bold letters and a poppy motif to remember the sacrifices Jordan Rossi and all the Armed Forces make for their countries.

This consisted of 2mm Aluminium built up letters powder coated, with 50mm returns in the same colour and it was complete with 2mm aluminium rear trays and stud fixings.
